Please Arrive Early

Arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allows time for you to relax, unwind and fill out a Client Record Card before your treatment.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please understand missed appointments will be charged 100% of service fee. Arriving late may deprive you of enjoying the full length of your Spa service and experience.
